Hi, I’m Darren, Red Graphic’s newest Web Developer, here is a little about myself:
I am 33 years old and the proud father of 3 beautiful children, Ashton, Kieran and Madison. I am an enthusiastic photographer and in recent years I have found the elusive fitness bug while training to get myself into better shape.
I have extensive experience with WordPress having built all my previous projects with it. I use PHP, MySQL, HTML5 and JQuery to develop, and PhoneGap to build Android and iOS apps.
I started developing my first websites as a teenager all the way back in the late 90s almost immediately after I gained access to my first dial-up modem, and from there I never stopped.
In the early 2000’s I built several Flash based office games, some of which were featured on the popular in-browser gaming website miniclip.com.
After the arrival of my first baby in 2007 I made the leap in to freelance web developing. During my 10 years of freelancing I helped small businesses and individuals with their web and SEO needs. I also built and managed a collection of large scale high traffic websites which I used to earn extra income through google advertising.
Recently I decided to seek a new challenge where I could put my experience to better use, and that is when I found Red Graphic 🙂
